EDUCATION
In 1994, Dr. Pyregov graduated from Perm State Medical Academy specializing in general medicine, and in 1996, he graduated from clinical residency in anesthesiology and intensive care.
In 2000, he defended his candidate's thesis on Plasmapheresis in the Rehabilitation of New Mothers with Severe Gestational Toxicosis, his academic advisors were V.N. Serov, Academician of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences and Pr. A.M. Abubakirova.
In 2004, he was awarded High Level Certificate.
In 2007, he defended his doctor's thesis on Differential Anesthesiologic Support of Abdominal Delivery of the Pregnant Women with High Risks.
He specializes in gravitational blood surgery in obstetrics and gynecology.
Work Experience:
From 1995 to 2000, Dr. Pyregov worked as an anesthesiologist and emergency physician in Perm Regional Clinical Hospital, Perinatal Center of Regional Clinical Hospital and Perm Clinical Hospital no. 6.
During 3 years Dr. Pyregov worked in the sanitary aviation department, consulting, managing and transporting patients with severe obstetric and extra-genital disorders.
Since January 2000, he has been working as an anesthesiologist and emergency physician in the Center.
Dr. Pyregov is a highly qualified specialist, having a sound command of modern methods of anesthesiology and intensive care.
In January 2008, he won the competition and was appointed to the position of a leading researcher. And in October 2013, Dr. Pyregov won the competition and was appointed to the position of a head of the Department.
Research activities
Dr. Pyregov makes presentations at the international congresses and workshops, taking place in the Center and Russia in general, in All-Russia Conferences of Anesthesiologists and Emergency Physicians. He participates in seminars conducted by the Center for practicing anesthesiologists and emergency physicians, obstetricians, and gynecologists.
His major fields of research are intensive care and anesthesia in the pregnant with severe preeclampsia, regional methods of anesthesia and analgesia in obstetrics and gynecology, intensive care of critical states and impact of anesthesia on the reproductive system, state of the mother and fetus.
Dr. Pyregov is the author of more than 100 publications, he was the academic advisor of 2 candidate's theses.
He is a member of Editorial Board of Messenger of Anesthesiology and Resuscitation.
