Дискуссионные вопросы анестезиологического обеспечения фетальной хирургии

Аннотация
В статье представлен анализ данных литературы, посвященный вопросам анестезиологического обеспечения в фетальной хирургии при различных вмешательствах на внутриутробном плоде. Проведен анализ публикаций, содержащих подробную информацию об анестезии у матери и плода, опубликованных в базах данных EMBASE, MedLine, PubMed, Google Scholar, Web of Science, Scopus за период 2012–2022 гг. Рассматривали метаанализы, систематические обзоры, клинические рекомендации, обсервационные исследования и описание серии случаев, дополненные просмотром списков литературы в соответствующих публикациях. Проведенный нами обзор научных публикаций показал отсутствие стандартизированных подходов при выборе анестезиологического обеспечения для каждого типа вмешательств на плоде.
