Аннотация
Введение. Новые агрегированные гемацитометрические индексы соотношения нейтрофилов, лимфоцитов, тромбоцитов, моноцитов, С реактивного белка, альбумина могут быть многообещающими маркерами объективного состояния и динамики критических состояний в кардиологии, онкологии, инфекционной патологии и интенсивной терапии.
Цель – сравнение методик расчета новых композитных гемоцитометрических индексов и обсуждение их применения и эффективности при интенсивной терапии.
Материалы и методы. Проведен поиск литературы с использованием баз данных PubMed, Medline, Google Scholar в период 2020–2024 гг. В поиск включены публикации, индексируемые в Scopus.
Результаты. Комбинированные показатели, характеризующие статус воспаления, иммунитета, питания при проведении интенсивной терапии оказываются более точными в сравнении с традиционными одиночными гематологическими и биохимическими параметрами. Диагностическая ценность данных показателей до сих пор вариабельна, а при интенсивной терапии мало изучена.
Заключение. Использование гемоцитометрических, комбинированных (композитных) индексов в различных областях клинической медицины – объективно новый шаг в интерпретации лабораторных показателей.
